It’s Food Waste Action Week! We teamed up with our local Co-op and Solar to offer a free 3 course lunch using produce that would otherwise have gone to landfill. Making use of products that are close to their use-by date, and being creative with leftovers is good for your pocket as well as the planet. Follow this link for recipe ideas!
Solar are partnered with the Co-op Food Share scheme, and keep the Community Cupboard Phonebox at Scarinish stocked for use by anyone who is struggling financially with the cost of living.
