Transitional change management support for the Trust

We have recently carried out an internal staffing review taking into account the recent growth and development of the Trust over the past few years, the challenging set of objectives we have set in our Community Development Plan, and the current challenging funding environment we are facing. As part of this, we’ve identiifed some steps to take to update our staffing structure and roles, which is in progress.

We’ve identified a need for a focused piece of additional capacity to help drive forward these changes – particularly around our projects team and our community engagement methods (including our website).

We are therefore advertising a consultancy opportunity to support us in that change process. The role specification is available below, and further information can be requested by contacting phyl@tireetrust.org.uk

As we are keen to maintain momentum in this process, we are seeking someone able to start quickly, and therefore proposals/applications are invited no later than 9am on Monday 10th June.
