Our banking app and digital banking service remain the quickest and safest ways to do most of your banking and you should only come in to the branch for essential transactions that you cannot do elsewhere.
In recent weeks we have launched a dedicated telephone number for customers who are over 70 and for those who are in a period of extended isolation. It is available 7 days a week, 8am-8pm, and the number is 0800 051 4177
Similarly we also have a dedicated 24/7 support line for our NHS workers and the number is 0800 046 6734
The dedicated numbers have been set up especially for these customers that may need further support so please only call the numbers if you are in these groups.
