New Covid Restrictions for Holiday Accommodation

As you may be aware there are new regulations which come into law in Scotland on Friday 25th September 2020 (Tomorrow) restricting households from meeting inside each others homes.

These restrictions will also, by law, apply to self-catering properties. People from more than one household (or extended household) must not stay in self-catered accommodation together while the current restrictions on indoor private gatherings are in place. 

This includes accommodation such as caravans, flats and holiday cottages.In parallel guests staying in a hotel, bed and breakfast or similar accommodation, should not have more than one household (or extended household) staying in each room booked.Further details and the explanation by Scottish Government are set out in the link below.
