As you will know, Tilley has been offline for the last few months.
The outage has been caused by an issue with the generator.
The good news is that the ENERCON team has arrived, and repairs on Tilley are now in progress. This is a big step forward, and we’re hopeful it will bring her back to generating for the community as usual.
That said, wind turbines are complex machines, and while we’re optimistic, we won’t know for sure what’s next until these repairs are complete. We’ll keep you updated as things progress – fingers crossed for a smooth fix!
Once we know where we are with the repairs, the Board will discuss what the next steps are for the Windfall Fund.
