Recycling of Textiles during Covid-19 restriction period
In line with Argyll and Bute policy the emptying of the two Textile Bins located at the School and Crossapol will cease with immediate effect.
We are therefore asking the community whilst you are taking the opportunity to have a spring clean then please store your unwanted textiles at home until the Covid-19 crisis has passed.
Please do not put be tempted put your textiles in your green bin.
Once the crisis has moved on TEAR will be able to make money again on all your unwanted clothing, household linen (towels, bedding, covers), shoes, belts and handbags. The items can be in any condition but they do have to be clean.
BUT PLEASE:-
No pillows,
No quilts,
No sleeping bags
No cushions
