Unfortunately, not enough members attended the AGM to reach quorum. That means we need to hold it again. It’s not a long meeting – the last two have lasted just over 30 minutes! There is a quick report from each subsidiary, the accounts are put up for approval and there is a vote to reappoint our auditors.
It’s really important that we manage to hold it so that we can let Directors step down, and appoint new Directors.
The new date is Monday the 20th of October at 7.30pm by zoom.
We would really appreciate it if as many people as possible could register and put the date in their diary.
