We are now at the stage of compiling a tender list for the construction of the business units at Crosspol.
The 180m² building will consist of 4 business units in a single structure.
Tiree Community Development Trust are seeking expressions of interest from construction companies to be included in the tender list. Full tender documents will be issued in mid-late January and we aim to commence construction in mid 2023.
