We recently commissioned the Community Housing Trust to conduct an update to Tiree’s “Housing Needs and Demand Analysis”. This is a common report format which is used when considering public support for housing development, and to inform the mix of housing required. We are working towards beginning two housing construction projects as identified as the top priority for our Community Development Plan, and updating this report was a key first step.
