Apply for a FREE EPC

Urras Thiriodh is able to offer 30 funded EPCs to Tiree residents who spend more than 10% of their income on their energy bills, and who would describe their home as poorly insulated.

If you would like to apply for a funded EPC please use the online form below, and our Community Projects Officer will get in touch with you.

It will help us learn about the Tiree housing stock, and give you data you can use when you are looking at ways to improve your energy efficiency!

These EPCs are available thanks to funding from Argyll & Bute Council’s Supporting Communities Fund.

Please enter the details for the property requiring the EPC.
If you think it would helpful, please provide either a What3Words reference or additional directions as to where your property is located.
Examples of when we would typically consider a property as “poorly insulated” would be if it is difficult to keep warm during winter, has higher-than-expected energy bills for its size, experiences significant issues with condensation, and/or has single-glazed windows.
We also are keen to hear from people who do not spend more than 10% of their income on energy bills, but only because their home is not heated to 21 degrees in the living area and 18 degrees in any other room.
Please briefly describe any property features that are particularly unusual (if any). e.g. renewables, listed building status, or unusual construction.
