LATEST UPDATE: this fund was paused for applications at 5pm on Tuesday 5 May 2020 to allow partners to review applications received to date. We aim to reopen the fund next week and will keep businesses informed on next steps. 

On the 30th April 2020 the Scottish Government announced that a fund had been set up to support viable but vulnerable SMEs. 

This grant is for businesses that are vital to the local or national economic foundations of Scotland will play a critical role in supporting Scotland’s recovery but need some immediate support. It might be to get back up and running or to maintain or diversify your current operations. 

Funds will be administered by local authorities and Scotland’s enterprise agencies and will begin to pay out grants in early May.
