Tiree Community Development Trust is pleased to present the draft Community Growth Plan 2017 – 2020 for consultation. The new Growth Plan is based on feedback and input from a broad spectrum of community members and groups received at various events and meetings including the 2016 Charrette Programme.
There were many success stories and achievements from the 2011 – 2016 Growth Plan and also some challenges and learning points. We aim to use all of these experiences to deliver, and support others in the community to deliver, some key projects which will make the most of our current resources, benefit the whole community and provide slow sustainable growth, reversing the decline in population.
Please read the draft document (link below) and submit any comments you might have in writing to admin@tireetrust.org.uk or to TCDT at Units 1 & 2, The Island Centre, Crossapol, Isle of Tiree, PA77 6UA. Closing date for submission of comments is 9am on Monday 19th June 2017.Download the draft Growth Plan here: Tiree Growth Plan 2017 – 2020 Consultation Draft
