Scottish Power Renewables (SPR) held a Public Information Day (PID) at An Talla on Tiree on 30th October 2012.
The event aimed to update the Tiree community on progress that has been undertaken on the project up to and throughout 2012.
The most notable update informed the community of SPR’s intention to reduce the size of the windfarm site from 300 turbines to 215 turbines (6Mw), avoiding the area around Skerryvore lighthouse.
Display panels presented at the PID were provided as a pamphlet for attendees of the event. The pamphlet is available for download at the link below.
