The Trust has been awarded funding from Highlands and Islands Enterprises towards the creation of a Graduate Apprenticeship post, which will work within the Trust team with consultancy support to put in place a new strategy for sustainable tourism development on the island, and improve our communications (particularly in relation to Discover Tiree, our tourism project). Candidate eligible for the funding must be recent graduates (HNC or above completed within the past four years). The opportunity has been designed as a focussed work-based learning opportunity for a candidate keen to develop career experience in this area, with training and learning opportunities, as well as the chance to develop and take a lead on delivery of project work, ensuring that community input plays a key part.
