The Company, Tiree Community Development Trust recognises and challenges the existence of discrimination in society and is fully committed to operating to benefit the whole community on the Isle of Tiree, all of its members, staff, customers and users.

The Company pledges to make sure that all practices in relation to its activities are free of any discrimination bias (both direct and indirect) on grounds of gender, race, sexual orientation, age or disability.

This Equal Opportunities Policy was formally adopted by Tiree Community Development Trust at a meeting of the directors on Tuesday 10th April 2007.
