Exercise Initiative Update 

We are a few weeks into the revival of the Exercise Initiative and have a few things to update you on:- 

Will Wright has a group of people doing really well with a weekly online class.  This is a gentle class which is free to all island residents.  To join in, all you need to do is contact Will at the email address below and he will send you a link and get you started.

Carol Flett has a Counterweight, weight management group underway and is looking to start a second group soon.  If you would like to be part of Carol’s next group, please contact her at the email address below.

With the recent change in Covid restrictions, it is now possible for a group of up to 15 people to meet outside to do non-contact sport.  Bella Trythall will be offering an outdoor gentle mobility class, which will be open to all island residents.  Like Will and Carol’s classes, it will be free of charge.  Covid safety will be of paramount importance, and there will be strict social distancing measures in place at the class.  It will be limited to days when the weather is nice, so will sometimes need to be rescheduled at short notice if the weather is not so nice.  To register for this class, please contact Bella at her email below.
